Terms and Conditions

By joining the Text Link Network (TLN), members have indicated agreement to the following terms and conditions.

1. TLN members agree to use the supplied, unmodified, HTML code to display TLN banners on their page in such a manner as to cause them to be seen by the majority of visitors to their page. Only one TLN banner may be shown on any one page.

2. TLN reserves the right to refuse or remove accounts for sites that contain little or no original content, contain an unreasonable number of banners, contain or contain links to pornography or offensive material, or for any other reason.

3. TLN members agree to use TLN at their own risk. TLN, its management, employees, and advertisers are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur from the use of TLN. TLN makes no guarantee of any kind regarding reliability or suitibility for any purpose of TLN services.

4. Members agree not to use any means to artificially inflate traffic counts for TLN banners.

5. TLN may use member data for a directory of members, new sites lists, etc.

6. TLN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting modified terms on the TLN site and without any other notice.
